Ellen McVay

Ellen was born on April 26th, 1871 in Annfield Plain, Durham. Ellen's father is Joseph McVay and her mother is Sarah Jane Nealy. Her paternal grandparents were Henry McVay and Frances Hurst; her maternal grandfather is Joseph Nealy. She had three sisters named Frances, Jane and Mary Ann. She was the third oldest of the four children. She died at the age of 80 on April 27th, 1951 in Chase River, British Columbia, Canada. Her burial was on April 30th, 1951 in Nanaimo Cemetery, Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada.
