Joseph Harker

Joseph was born in 1856 in Bolton Low Houses, Cumberland. Joseph's father was John Harker and his mother was Hannah. His paternal grandparents were William Harker and Mary Tinnion. He has two brothers and two sisters, named William, Tom, Mary and Rebecca. He is the third oldest of the five children.
