Male William Foster

William was born in 1851 in Sebergham, Cumberland and his baptism took place there on October 31st, 1851.  William's father was Richard Foster and his mother is Jane Milburn.  His maternal grandparents are John Milburn and Elizabeth.  He had eight brothers and three sisters, named John, Richard, Isaac, John, John, Joseph, Robert, Robert, Sarah, Elizabeth and Sarah Anne.  He is the tenth oldest of the twelve children.
