Male William Fisher

William was born about 1819 in Whitehaven, Cumberland.  William's father is Isaac Fisher and his mother is Phyllis.  He had five brothers and six sisters, named John, Joseph, Isaac, Anthony, James, Elizabeth, Mary, Hannah, Ann, Phyllis and Rebeckah.  He is the oldest of the twelve children.
