Alfred Brown

Alfred was born in 1888 in St George, Glos. Alfred's father was William Thomas Brown and his mother was Ann Bennett. His paternal grandparents were Walter Charles Brown and Elizabeth Prigg; his maternal grandparents were Robert Bennett and Mary Ann Williams. He had a brother and seven sisters, named William Thomas, Elizabeth Ann, Lydia Clara, Ada Florence, Edith Emily, Laura Maud, Emily and Alice Beatrice. He is the youngest of the nine children.
