Female Dorothy Brookesby

Dorothy was born in 1806 in Swithland, Leicester and her baptism took place there on January 26th, 1807.  Dorothy's father was Thomas Brookesby and her mother was Dorothy Marston.  Her paternal grandparents were Francis Brookesby and Ann Marston; her maternal grandparents were Jonathan Marston and Dorothy Roper.  She had five brothers and four sisters, named William, Thomas, Francis, Joseph, Jonathan, Ann, Elizabeth, Mary and Sarah.  She was the fifth oldest of the ten children.
