Anice was born on February 6th, 1913 in Itapetininga-SP. Anice's father was Yossef Issa Salem and her mother was Maria Isabel Cavalheiro Salem. Her paternal grandparents were Salem Issa Salem and Joana do Espírito Santo; her maternal grandparents were Theóphilo Cavalheiro do Amaral and <Unknown>. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Aziz, Nenê, David, João, Toní, Dulce and Geny. She was the oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 80 on December 26th, 1993 in Itapetininga-SP.-
