David van Blerk

David was born on June 23rd, 1956. David 's father was Leslie John Hambley van Blerk and his mother is Phyllis Irene Baker. His paternal grandparents were Nicolaas Johannes (NJ) van Blerk and Barbara Johanna Colijn. He has two brothers named Neville and Peter. He is the youngest of the three children.
