Zeina's father is Fouad Rafic Dabbous (فؤاد دبوس 2) and her mother is Lina Jamaleddine (لينا جمال الدين).  Her paternal grandparents were Rafik (Abou Saeed) Salim Dabbous (رفيق دبوس) and Mariam  Aarabi (مريم عرابي). She has two brothers and a sister, named Omar, Salim and Maya.
