Ousama was born in 1940.  Ousama's father was Mohamad Ali Mohamad Dabbous (محمد علي محمد دبوس) and his mother was Salwa Mohamad Ali Dabbous (سلوى دبوس).  His paternal grandparents were Mohamad Mohamad Arsalan Dabbous (محمد دبوس 1) and Sibai (سباعي). He had five brothers and a sister, named Salim, Jamil, Yousef, Sami, Khalil and Asia.  He was the second youngest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 39 in 1979.
