Amina's father was Mohamad Mohamad Arsalan Dabbous (محمد دبوس 1) and her mother was Sibai (سباعي).  Her paternal grandparents were Mohamad Arsalan Dabbous (محمد أرسلان دبوس) and Safiyyah Zaghloul (صفية زغلول). She had four brothers and a sister, named Mohamad Ali, Khaled, Ahmad, Salim and Aecha.
