Adleh's father was Hussein Mohamad Ali Dabbous (حسين دبوس) and her mother was Aesha Noueiri (عائشة نويري). Her paternal grandparents were Mohamad Ali Mohamad Arsalan Dabbous (محمد علي دبوس 1) and (Somebody) Fayed (فايد). She had two brothers and three sisters, named Anis, Monzer, Salma, Jalae and Salwa.
