James Henry GILL

James was born on September 6th, 1863 in Alberton, SA.¹ James' father was Christopher GILL and his mother was Kate Wood WEBBER. His maternal grandparents were William Wood WEBBER and Henrietta Hanna FIRN. He had seven brothers and a sister, named William, John, George, Christopher, Samuel, Charles, Alfred and Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 36 on December 7th, 1899 in Port Augusta, SA.²
