James Riley

James was born in 1857 in Manchester, Lancashire, England. James' father was James Riley and his mother was Elizabeth Widdows. His paternal grandparents are James Riley and Mary Murray; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Widdows and Mary Ann Storey. He had a brother and five sisters, named Samuel, Mary Ann, Ann, Sarah, Elizabeth and Esther. He is the third oldest of the seven children.
