Male William Richards

William was born on December 23rd, 1845 in Wrexham, Denbighshire, Wales.  William's father was Robert Richards and his mother was Ann Randles.  His paternal grandfather was David Richards and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth; his maternal grandparents are Thomas Randles and Mary Williams. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Robert, John, George, Walter, Arthur, Edwin, Walter, Annie Jane and Mary Elizabeth.  He was the second oldest of the ten children.  He died at the age of 74 on October 3rd, 1920 in 1 Cleveland Street, Ruabon, Denbighshire, Wales.1 

William's family with Rose Alice Pryce

William and Rose Alice were married in a religious ceremony on July 29th, 1865 in Church Street, Oswestry, Shropshire, England.  They had four sons and eleven daughters, named William Edwin, Robert Arthur, Walter John, George Jem, Sarah A, Mary Alice, Fanny Emma Boyes, Kate Pryce, Esther Holina, Winifred, Elizabeth Jane, Lucy Mabel, Dora Florence Hollins, Esther Hollins and Sarah.
