John Bones

John was born in 1761 in Chester le Street, Durham, England.¹ John's father was William Bones and his mother is Isabel Peal. His maternal grandfather was Thomas Peal and his maternal grandmother is Isabella Lamshaw. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, William, William, Ann, Isabel, Dorothy and Margaret. He is the youngest of the eight children.
