Walter Bibby

Walter was born in December 1893 in Broughton, Preston, Lancashire, England.¹ Walter's father is Richard Bibby and his mother is Elizabeth Mason. His paternal grandfather was William Bibby and his paternal grandmother is Ellen Calderbank; his maternal grandparents are Richard Mason and Bridget Sharples. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named William, Richard Mason, John, Ellen, Emma, Lily, Jane, Mary, Alice and Annie Mason. He is the nineth oldest of the eleven children.
