Ruth Shumate

Ruth was born in 1806. Ruth's father was Daniel Shumate and her mother was Elizabeth Ellison. Her paternal grandparents were Daniel Shumate and Millicent Callison. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Amos, John, Tollison, Newton, Daniel, Nancy and Mary. She was the second oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 79 on August 15th, 1885.
