Mahala Edwards

Mahala was born on April 30th, 1809. Mahala's father was David Edwards and her mother was Elizabeth Andrews. Her paternal grandparents were John Edwards and Mary Campbell; her maternal grandparents were William Andrews and Hannah Holladay. She had nine brothers and two sisters, named William, Richard, Henry, Barry, David, Hiram, Thuresy, Morris, Seven, Sally and Elizabeth. She was the fifth youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 78 on October 9th, 1887.
