Frances was born in 1792.  Frances' father was James Blevins and his/her mother was Hanna Osborne  Lyons.  His/her paternal grandparents were William Blevins and Agnes Walling. He/she had five brothers and six sisters, named John, William, Levi, James, Daniel, Rebecca, Sallie, Eleanor, Mary, Rebecca and Hannah.  He/she was the fifth oldest of the twelve children.  He/she died at the age of 60 in 1852.
