Markus ALBERTS & Annechien EMMENS

Markus and Annechien were married on May 11th, 1853. They had four sons and four daughters, named Harm, Willem, Albert, Wolter, Zwaantien, Antien, Antje and Jantien ?.

      Taken from a document from Rijksarchief in de Provincie Drente, No 356 dated 9 November 1953, it states that his mother was Zwaantje Willems Eefting and that the father's name was Harm Alberts Wever. Signature and father's name on the birth certificate was Harm Alberts Weevers. (This could be a spelling mistake and should read Wever).
  He died in an accident or as a result of an injury, Drowning?, at the age of 69 on September 5th, 1895 in Norg, The Netherlands.²
  Annechien EMMENS
  Annechien was born on April 1st, 1831 in Vries (Drenthe), The Netherlands.³ She died at the age of 62 on April 20th, 1893 in Zeijerveen (Vries), The Netherlands.
