Raymond was born on December 21st, 1921. Raymond's father was Frederick (Fred) Joseph Lancaster ROWETT and his mother was Lily Mattie LOCKS. His paternal grandparents were ROWETT and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were John (DARNEY) George LOCKS and Florence (Dooney) Jessie TOMS. He had a sister named Muriel. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 69 on April 14th, 1991.¹
