Ruby was born on April 17th, 1912.  Ruby's father was George H. Jordan and her mother was Ida Viola Veron.  Her paternal grandparents were John McClelland Jordan and Matilda S. Holder. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Infant, Allen, Annie and Effie.  She was the fourth oldest of the five children.  She died at the age of 68 on June 13th, 1980.
