Emmons Rutledge was born on June 4th, 1848 in Port Byron, Rock Island, Illinois, USA.1   Emmons Rutledge's father was Samuel WHITESIDES and his mother is Calista ALLEN.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 84 on November 30th, 1932 in Malvern, Mills, Iowa, USA.1
