Robert Louis TOMAN 
Robert Louis was born on January 20th, 1920.1 Robert Louis' father was Julius Michael TOMAN and his mother was Sadie Jane PUTMAN. His paternal grandparents were John TOMAN and Antonia ZITKA; his maternal grandparents are Willard PUTMAN and Sarah HEATHERINGTON. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Julius Willard, Charles Edward, Donald George, Gerald Michael, Daniel Patrick, Helen, Pauline Louise, Rosemary Francis, Living and Living. He died at the age of 73 on February 25th, 1993 in Roseburg, Oregon.1 General Notes

Robert and Lettie adopted Robert's brother, Donald youngest child, after about a year after her birth. Debra's mother died after giving birth and Robert and Lettie offered to care for her until a later date. About year later was the adoption.
