Andrew Bethune

Andrew was born in 1598 in Balfour Fifeshire.¹ Andrew's father was James Bethune M.D and his mother was Mrs James Bethune. His paternal grandparents were Archibald Bethune Archdeacon of Lothian and Mrs Archibald Bethune. He had a brother and a sister, named David and Beatrix. He was the oldest of the three children.
