Oda.  His paternal grandparents are Conde de Oberheingau e Wormsgau Roberto III and Guialdrude de Hornbach; his maternal grandparents are Conde Adriano and Valdrada. He had a brother named Conde de Troyes Eudo I. He had a half-brother named Conde de Worms Mengoldo.  He died at the age of 46 in 0866.
