Maria José Lemos

Maria José was born on March 28th, 1882.  Maria José's father was José Maximiano Lemos and her mother was Francisca Cândida de Carvalho.  Her paternal grandfather was Manoel José Lemos Filho and her paternal grandmother is Maria do Carmo Ferreira Lemos; her maternal grandparents are Juventino de Assis Pereira Viana and Francisca Cândida de Assis. She had ten brothers and a sister, named Manoel José, Ananias José, Evaristo José, Juventino José, Saturnino José, Azarias José, Mizael José, Urias José, Adoniro José, Francisco José and Olívia Cândida.  She was the second youngest of the twelve children.  She died at the age of 91 on January 7th, 1974 in Passos; MG.
