Franciscus was born on June 8th, 1781 in Křižánky č.64.1  Franciscus' father was Thomas Zástěra and his mother was Theresia Dvořáková.  His paternal grandparents were Joannes Zástěra and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Wenceslaw Dvořák and <Unknown>. He had two sisters named Josepha and Anna.  He was the oldest of the three children.
