Georgius was born on April 15th, 1775 in Herálec (Moravský).  Georgius' father was Joannes Moschner and his mother was Catharina. He had two brothers and a sister, named Wenceslavus, Wenceslavus and Catharina.  He was the second oldest of the four children.
