Ondřej was born on November 25th, 1855.  Ondřej's father was Adalbert Kocaj and his mother was Marie Imyczynski.  His paternal grandparents were Kašpar Kocaj and Marie Lichota; his maternal grandparents were František Imyczynsky and Kateřina (Sebastian?) Imyczynsky.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 94 on December 6th, 1949.
