Mariana was born on July 17th, 1746 at Křižánky (Moravské).1   Mariana's father was Filip Kirchner and her mother was Zuzana Dostálová.  Her paternal grandparents were Jakub Kirchner and Mariana Czochová; her maternal grandparents were Václav Dostál and Mariana. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Jan, Kristián, František, Dorota and Barbara.  She was the third oldest of the six children. She had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Tomáš, Jakub, Matěj, Josef, Anna, Kateřina and Alžběta.
