Joseph was born on July 26th, 1783 in Herálec č.76.1  Joseph's father was Thomas Kirchner and his mother was Anna Polanská.  His paternal grandparents were Matěj Kirchner and <Unknown>; his maternal grandparents were Joannes Polanský and <Unknown>. He had a brother and two sisters, named Franciscus, Maria and Francisca.  He was the youngest of the four children.  He died at 1 months old on September 22nd, 1783 in Herálec č.76.1
