Jaroslav was born on December 21st, 1910 in Prostějov.1   Jaroslav's father was Josef Kirchner and his mother was Františka Pollachová.  His paternal grandparents were František Kirchner and Marianna Hofmanová; his maternal grandparents were František Polach and Žofie Kvapilová. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Oldřich, Bohumír, Hermína and Štefanie.  He died at the age of 77 on October 7th, 1988.1
