Františka was born on July 11th, 1899 in Křižánky č.37.1  Františka's father was František Kopecký and her mother was Josefa Kirchnerová.  Her maternal grandparents were František Kirchner and Josefa Janíčková. She had a brother and a sister, named Josef and Antonie.  She was the second oldest of the three children.
