František was born on January 9th, 1840 in Moravské Křižánky 10.  František's father was Václav Bukáček and his mother was Anna Homoláčová.  His paternal grandparents were Josef Henry Bukáček and Anna Polanská. He had three brothers and a sister, named Josef, Vincenc Čeněk, Michal and Aloisie.  He was the third oldest of the five children.  He died about 1890.
