Lajos was born on November 6th, 1868 in Esztergom, Viziváros (Szt.Tamás) and his baptism took place there on November 9th, 1869.1   Lajos' father was Bukovszky Vencel and his mother was Willinger Mária.  His paternal grandparents were Bukovszky Kaspar and Firkusny Terézia; his maternal grandparents were Willinger Károly and Hartl Anna. He had five brothers and six sisters, named Vencel, Károly, János, Pepi, Gyula, Anna, Nenne, Gizella, Terézia, Etelka and Margit.  He was the fifth oldest of the twelve children.  He died at the age of 6 on March 8th, 1875 in Esztergom, Viziváros (Szt.Tamás).2
