In the name of God Amen
I John Webb of the County of Effingham and State of Illinois being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life do therefore make ordain publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, first after my lawful debts are paid and discharged, the residue of my Estate Real and personal I give and bequeath and dispose of as follows to wit
To my beloved son Francis Marion Webb the land and appurtenances situated thereon known and described as the North East quarter of the North East quarter, and the South East Quarter of the North East quarter and the North West quarter of the SE quarter of Section (11) eleven Town. No. (8) eight North Range (5) five east Containing one hundred and twenty acres more or less. Also all the stock farming utensils and household property now on the above described farm that may remain at my death.
Likewise I make Constitute and appoint my said son Francis Marion Webb to be executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills made by me
In witness whereof shone hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this twenty sixth day of April AD 1859

The above written instrument was subscribed by the said John Webb in our presence and acknowledges by him to each of us and he at the same time published and declared the above instrument so subscribed to be his last will and testament and we at the testators request and in his presence have signed our names as witnesses hereto
