Agreeable to the previsions of the Occupant laws of this State I have surveyed for John Webb 134 acres of land in said County on big Swan Creek in range 5 Section 5 Beginning on the the South west corner of a 20 acre entry maid in the name of James Mayfield runs from thence north 42 poles his corner thence S., 9°., W., with a conditional line between said Webb and Josiah P Harder 40 poles thence west with the same 32 poles to a white oak thence north with the same 6 poles to a stake with a black oak pointer thence west with the same 16 poles to a stake thence North 10 poles to a stake with a dogwood & sowerwood pointer thence west 26 poles to a stake thence South 126 to a stake at an old stump in the road on the ridg thence South 34½°. E., with a conditional line agreed on between sd, Webb and [Bartlet] Garret 30 poles to a black oak thence S., 56°., E 39 poles with the same to a stake thence S 42½° E with the same 42 poles to a stake near Indian Creek thence S 40°,, E Crossing the Creek with the same 44= poles to a stake in the line of said Webbs 30 acre tract thence north with the same 74 poles to his corner thence East with the same 27 poles to a stake on the to a stake thence north at 97 poles crossing Swan Creek in all 103 poles to a stake on the Bank of swan creek
thence down the creek a conditional East 2 poles north 4 poles East 3 poles north 16 poles East 10 poles north 8 poles East 6 poles north 16 poles to the South east Corner of said 20 acre Survey thence west 80 poles to the beginning Surveyed the 27th of November 1841
