Anna was born on August 14th, 1808 in 's Gravenzande.1  Anna's father was Ruth Gerrit de Wit and her mother was Sara van Kralingen.  Her paternal grandfather was Jan de Wit and her paternal grandmother is Anna de Wilde; her maternal grandfather is Dirk van Kralingen and her maternal grandmother was Arendje Willemsdr van der Arent. She had two brothers named Jan and Dirk.  She was the youngest of the three children.  She died at the age of 56 on March 8th, 1865 in 's Gravenzande.1
