Dingentje Adriaensdr was born in August 1660 in Capelle (Noord Brabant) and her baptism took place there on August 22nd, 1660.1   Her godmother was Truijcken Maertensdr. Dingentje Adriaensdr's father was Arien Wouterszn Vissers and her mother was Neeltgen Aryensdr van Tilburg.  Her paternal grandparents were Wouter Jacobszn Visscher and Anneken Tielmans. She had six sisters named Lysbeth Adriaansdr, Teuntje Adriaensdr, Marie Adriaensdr, Anneke Adriaensdr, Wouterke Adriaensdr and Wouterke Adriaensdr.  She was the third oldest of the seven children.
