Korstiaan was born on March 16th, 1764 in Drongelen and his baptism took place there on April 23rd, 1764.1  Korstiaan's father is Jacob in 't Veld and his mother is Johanna Dominikus.  His paternal grandparents were Adriaen Aertszn in 't Veld and Dingena van Pelt; his maternal grandparents are <Unknown> and <Unknown>. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Arien, Willem, Korstiaan, Anna, Dingena and Eeltje.  He was the sixth oldest of the seven children.  He died at the age of 83 on January 20th, 1848 in Drongelen.2
