Catharina was born on December 9th, 1799 in Veen and her baptism took place there on December 15th, 1799.1  Catharina's father was Willem Schreuders and her mother was Geertruij van Wijnen.  Her paternal grandparents were Teunis Schreuders and Catharina Schieveen; her maternal grandparents were Arien van Wijnen and Cornelia Gielen Verbeek. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Theunis, Arie, Cornelis, Jan, Cornelia, Aaltje and Geertrui.  She was the third oldest of the eight children.  She died at the age of 60 on May 25th, 1860 in Zuilichem.
