Eijmbert was born in 1700 in Eethen.1  Eijmbert's father was Jacob Adriaenszn de Poorter and his mother was Sybillia Gerritsdr Hagoort.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 49 on May 31st, 1749 in Eethen.2
