Jan Aartszn was born in 1680.1  Jan Aartszn's father was Aart Arienszn Naaijen and his mother was Maijke Sijmonsdr N.N..  His paternal grandparents were Adriaan Janszn Naaijen and Teuntje Aartsdr N.N.. He had two sisters named Adriaantje Aartsdr and Maijke Aertsdr.  He was the youngest of the three children.  He died at the age of 65 on May 25th, 1745 in Andel.1
