Trijntje was born in December 1751 and her baptism took place on December 12th, 1751 in Almkerk en Emmikhoven.1   Her godmother was Geertje van Maastrigt. Trijntje's father was Zeeger Kenniphaas and her mother is Jenetta van Dijck.  Her paternal grandparents are Sijmen Segerszn Kenniphaas and Trijntje Willemsdr de Bruijn; her maternal grandfather is Willem Huijbertszn van Dijck and her maternal grandmother was Adriana Lulius. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Simon, Willem, David, Anna and Adriana.  She was the third oldest of the six children.  She died at the age of 31 on August 15th, 1783.
