Heesken was born in July 1621 and her baptism took place on July 25th, 1621 in Capelle (Noord Brabant).1   Her godfathers were/are Jan Diricxsen, Jan Rutten and her godmother was/is Geertruyt. Heesken's father was Adriaen Willemszn Kam and her mother was Maeyken Hendrix Lauwrensdr van Gorp.  Her paternal grandparents are Willem Kam and <Unknown>; her maternal grandparents are Hendrik van Gorp and <Unknown>. She has a sister named Anneken Adriaens Willemsdr. She had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named Hendrick Arisse, Eerken Ariensdr, Janneken, Dircksgen Adriaensdr and Marie Arisse.
