Aert was born in 1667 in Sprang-Capelle and his baptism took place on October 2nd, 1667 in Capelle (Noord Brabant).1   His godmother was Neeltgen Lourisdr. Aert's father is Symon Aertszn van den Hout and his mother was Geertruy Fransdr Stam.  His paternal grandfather is Aart Dircxen van den Hout and his paternal grandmother was Dingentken Sijmonsdr N.N.; his maternal grandfather is Frans Janszn Stam and his maternal grandmother was Heyltgen Mercelis N.N.. He had a brother and three sisters, named Aert, Catelyn Symensdr, Maria Symonsdr and Helena Simons.  He died before 1671.1
