Evert was born in August 1770 in Putten and his baptism took place there on August 5th, 1770.1  Evert's father was Willem van den Born and his mother was Maaike Eversdr N.N.. He had three brothers and a sister, named Cornelis, Willem, Hendrik and Niesje.  He was the oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 61 on July 3rd, 1832 in Nijkerk.2
