Trijntje was born on January 31st, 1873 in Ouder-Amstel.1  Trijntje's father was Abraham Troost and her mother was Maartje de Regt.  Her paternal grandparents were Jan Troost and Trijntje Keijser; her maternal grandparents are Jan de Regt and Adriana Potuijt.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 80 on January 26th, 1954 in Moerkapelle.
